It's just over a week until Gears of War: Reloaded drops onto a storefront near you (digitally speaking). Having already received the Steam Deck Verified badge by Valve on Steam, the team over at ASUS seemed keen to put their own slant on it by announcing via Instagram that Gears of War: Reloaded is an ROG Xbox Ally Certified title. What does this mean? Who knows!

Possibly, it could mean that the game has had a graphical preset designed for the ROG Xbox Ally handhelds. While the wording is similar to a "Steam Deck Verified" game, it's unlikely to be the start of a verified program like the Steam Deck has, due to the fact that the ROG Xbox Ally should be able to run just about anything, both due to its fairly high-end specifications and natively running Windows, avoiding issues with Anti-Cheat and Proton compatibility failings.

Will you be picking up Gears of War: Reloaded when it launches next week? Let us know in the comments below!
