Pathologic are my favorite misery simulators, and Pathologic 3 launched earlier in January. While the release has had some jank on launch and plenty of bugs, the developers have been working hard to iron out the more troublesome issues. A new patch for the game went live this week with plenty of fixes as well as a big improvement for handhelds.

Update 3 makes some important fixes and clarifications, mainly to the dreaded Rations quest on Days 10 and 11 that should ease confusion for players, as well as fixing the English voice for Haruspex. A ton of bug fixes are also in this patch, and Pathologic 3 also received the ability for large dialogue text. While playable on the Steam Deck previously, the small text was one of my big bugbears with the game (along with the bugs!), so this is a big improvement for us.
